The short version
We purchase and/or forward items on your behalf from third-party sellers in China. We are an intermediary — we do not manufacture, own, or guarantee the items themselves.
Disputes about an item's quality, authenticity, or damage from manufacturing are between you and the original seller — not SINEX. We take reasonable care in handling, but we do not refund or compensate for item defects or damage that occurred before or during the seller's own shipping to our warehouse.
Typical delivery times are road (truck): 7–14 days, boat (ship): 10–30 days, counted from when your item leaves the China warehouse. These are estimates based on normal conditions — customs, weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend them. A delay past these estimates is not, on its own, grounds for a refund or compensation from SINEX.
The budget you give us on the request form covers the item's purchase price only. Shipping cost is calculated separately once your item is received and measured/weighed at our warehouse, and is not included in that budget figure.
Payment is arranged directly with us over LINE (in Thai baht) once your quote is confirmed — this website does not collect any card or bank details.
We collect your name, phone number, address, and (optionally) a reference photo solely to process your request and communicate with you over LINE. We don't sell or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to ship your item.
We may decline to fulfil a request (e.g. a restricted or unavailable item) before purchase without penalty to either side. Once we've paid the seller on your behalf, that payment is generally non-refundable by SINEX, consistent with the seller's own terms.
These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of Thailand. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
